  • Can I schedule my Service Appointment online?

  • What is a Disposal/Environmental Fee?

    This is the fee that the Ontario Government has implemented to properly dispose of hazardous fluids and containers from you vehicle. These materials and their containers require special handling at the end of their useful lives to ensure they don't harm people, animals or the environment. For more information, please contact one of our Service Representatives.

  • Do I need to wait at your dealership while my car is being serviced?

    No. We can arrange alternate transportation for you if there is somewhere you need to be. When your vehicle is done being serviced, we will pick you up and bring you back to pick your vehicle up. Please contact our Service Department for more information.

  • Do you have a Collision Centre at your dealership?

    Yes! Erin Park Lexus is proud to be working with Atlantic Collision Group to repair any body damage to your vehicle. Our Collision Centre representative is located at our Toyota dealership right in the Service Drive-thru and is available to help you Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm and on Saturday from 9:00am to 12:00pm.

  • When should I replace my remote key battery?

    You should be replacing your remote key battery once a year. Visit our Parts Department to have yours replaced today!

  • What is a self-charging hybrid?

    A hybrid vehicle has two power sources: a gas engine and an electric motor. In a full hybrid system – like our Self-Charging Lexus Hybrid Drive ­– both sources can power the car on their own, or they can team up to work together.

    Our hybrid system monitors your driving conditions and seamlessly controls the flow of power. The result is increased efficiency, lower emissions, and optimised performance.
