His customer service is truly outstanding he’s knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely cares about helping his customers. Praveen goes above and beyond to make everything easy. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers every question, and always makes you feel valued rather than rushed. It’s rare to find someone who is this dedicated and consistent. Siddiq was an absolute pleasure to work with when purchasing our RX450h. From the moment that we walked into Erin Park Lexus and he warmly greeted us to the pickup of our new vehicle, he was professional and patient. While my vehicle was being serviced at Erin Park Lexus, it was unfortunately involved in an accident during a post-service drive when another driver struck it from behind, causing damage to my new car. Erin Park Lexus immediately took full responsibility for handling the situation and ensured that everything was addressed properly. I would especially like to thank Stacy, the head of Erin Park Lexus, and Was’m, the Service Manager, for their professionalism, empathy, and sincere apologies throughout the entire process. They made sure I felt supported and informed every step of the way. The dealership provided me with a rental vehicle and kept me updated while the repairs were being completed.
