We had an amazing experience buying our first Lexus at Erin Park! Jason was extremely attentive to detail, never pushy, and truly customer-focused throughout the entire process. He also arranged a fantastic delivery experience with a large bow, great balloons, and even non-alcoholic champagne, which was a nice touch! Khaled was excellent during the delivery, and last but not least, Alexis was very helpful and professional with the financial side of the process. Overall, an outstanding team and a wonderful experience!
