From the moment I walked in Praveen made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. His customer service is truly outstanding he’s knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely cares about helping his customers. Praveen goes above and beyond to make everything easy. Siddiq was an absolute pleasure to work with when purchasing our RX450h. From the moment that we walked into Erin Park Lexus and he warmly greeted us to the pickup of our new vehicle, he was professional and patient. I was referred to Erin Park Lexus because my experience since I bought my car September 2025 at Lexus Oakville has been a nightmare from day one! I dealt with Was’m Mughal ( Service Manager) when I brought my summer tires and rims to have put on my car and store the winter ones with Erin Park Lexus. I brought concerns regarding my car and informed him know I’m very meticulous about my car and always do spot checks before and after I pick up my car to ensure everything is okay due to a prior dealership damaging my car twice ( Oakville location) Was’m didn’t judge me and understood me and reassured me the staff takes very good care of the clients car ( from putting mat covers and seat cover protection) He was very professional when I first met him and throughout my interactions with him. Was’m was polite, patient with my questions in detail and answered them without making me feel unintelligent. I felt respected and appreciated as a new client. He even opened the car door when I was leaving which is what thru always do there. Was’m definitely exemplified excellence In customer service and shows he is committed to following through with Lexus Values and mission to new clients and current clients. The staff was pleasant as well. The representative also cleaned and washed the rental before I took it ! overall the vibe of the dealership had a welcoming positive energy which is great. No ‘ stuck up’attitudes. My car originally came from Erin Park Lexus and I regret not going there to begin with. I Will definitely refer people to him and the dealership. Thank you Was’m!
